This is a rare vintage Claude Montana leather jacket from his F/W 1996 runway collection. This absolutely incredible funnel neck jacket has chevron seams in front that turn horizontal in the back There is raised stitching going down the center spine and on each side, creating a 3 dimensional box pleat effect. There is a front gold metal double zipper with a leather zipper pull and there are two front slit pockets

Fully lined and we estimate this to fit a modern day US size 4/6.  The measurement you need to pay attention to is the fixed hem measurement which, depending on your height, would be the measurement around your upper legs, not hips.  The bust can fit up to 44" so if you have slim legs, a larger size would be comfortable in the coat. Our mannequin is around 6' tall, so it is higher up on her, but you can easily wear this as a mini dress, as shown on the runway, if you are on the shorter size.  The jacket is designed so that you can wear it unzipped from the bottom if you'd prefer a less structured hemline!

This is truly a very rare, spectacular piece to add to any wardrobe.
